This smoke alarm is compatible with both Hardwire and Radio Frequency (RF) Wireless interconnection for maximum coverage. When using a Hardwire interconnection, this alarm can be connected with up to 48 alarms over a 150 metre distance. When using the RF wireless interconneciton, it can be wirelessly interconnected with up to 24 alarms. It produces 85 dB horn level at 3 metres minimum, complying with AS 3786: 2014 standards. It's backup battery has a rated battery life of 10 years.
